I assume this to be the forerunner to the Promenade label. The vinyl is heavy, with the higher quality grade that was used in the 1950s. Since both original versions of these songs were hits in 1955, I'm guessing this record was trying to capitalize during that same year. If anyone can prove me wrong, please speak up.
Last year I posted a record with snow in title on the first day we got snow in Minnesota. I'd like to make it a tradition on this blog, as long as I can keep finding records with a snow theme.
The year 1964 holds the record for the earliest measurable snowfall. The white stuff fell on September 14th of that year, the same year this record was made.
