This looks like an RCA custom pressing, but I've never seen their catalog i.d. start with a number. It's always letters that denote the year. Maybe it means 1964 if it starts with a 4. I dunno.

'4TKM' actually indicates a matrix number assigned at the very tail end of 1966, after running out of 'T4KM' and 'TK4M' numbers. The mastering was very likely out of RCA Studios in Chicago, which cut the lacquers from tapes supplied by the client from an outside studio.
