Nell McBride was from Louisville, GA and a few years ahead of me in school. Both her mother and her grandmother McBride were teachers at Louisville Academy. Her dad was a city mail carrier in Louisville.
The writer of "Yours Forever" is Liz Anderson, mother of singer Lynn Anderson.
Slim Williamson, owner of Chart Records, built WPEH radio, in Louisville, summer of 1960. Slim became aware of Nell's singing and he arranged for her to go to Nashville, record several songs and then they were released on Chart Records.
Martin Thomas has an interesting website devoted to Chart Records:
Transferring forgotten records into digital format. I especially seek music unavailable on cd, and do my best to post music unavailable elsewhere on the internet. If someone else has posted music, you probably won't see it repeated here.

This isn't the usual color for Chart Records. Is this a promo?
Yes, I think this is a promo/dj copy. The actual releases were either yellow, blue or red, at least that I've seen.
