Wonder if it's the same label as the Western Records found here http://hillbilly-researcher.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html I think the artists on these recordings are all based in and around the Buffalo area (well at least in the NE)
In a 1954 add for a show featuring the "Azaleas Triio", a group Shorty Cyr was in, he's referred to as "The Poor Man's Lou Costello" I'll send on the add your direction Derik.
