Freddie Lake & Harmonica Kate

Rimrock 284
Unknown year. Sometime in the 1960s.

A version of this song was issued in 1954 on the Mercury label by an artist named Jimmie Fletcher. Don't know if anyone else recorded it. I really like the lyrics to this tune. It has new meaning now that many people are giving up their city jobs and reverse migrating back to rural areas.

A great lyric "and when those taters begin to sprout, my humpback wife can dig 'em out". Such humor doesn't exist in country music anymore.

Change My Business All Around

Home In Mountain Home

Jimmie Fletcher's version:
I'm Changing Business All Around
