I can't get over how much he sounds like Webb Pierce here. This was issued in 1955, before he traded his diamonds in for sausages.

He does sound like Webb Pierce. Frankly, I like the Jimmy Dean singing "False Pride" much better than the Jimmy Dean who sings "Big Bad John" and "First Thing Every Morning".
